Baby Boxes are proud to deliver baby gifts and hampers to newborn babies and their parents throughout Australia. Our couriers provide excellent track and trace ability, as we strive to have your gift delivered pronto! Our mission is to update the status of your babybox order from the moment it is placed, until it is delivered.

- Sydney deliveries usually delivered next business day
- Interstate deliveries usually 1-2 business days
- We only deliver on weekdays (not public holidays)

IMPORTANT FOR HOSPITAL DELIVERIES:
- Please confirm mum's surname (sometimes maiden name).
- Confirm she will still be in hospital for delivery.
- Ensure you put Public or Private hospital
(usually there is a public and private hospital on the same complex).
We will need to charge a re-delivery cost if mum has left the hospital or is under another name.
We ask customers to please understand that at times there are circumstances beyond our control that
may delay delivery of your gift. Our intention is to have your baby gifts delivered ASAP.
Whilst we endeavour to have our baby gifts delivered by the timeframe we have stated,
this is not always possible and does not entitle a cancellation or refund of purchase.

HOSPITAL DELIVERY LOCATIONS
Sydney Metro, Wollongong & Central Coast
Baby Gifts & Hampers being delivered to: QUEENSLAND & VICTORIA

As we are a Sydney-based business, most orders before 1.30pm (Fridays 1.00pm) in Victoria and Queensland will be delivered within 1-2 days business days by courier or eparcel. Out of metro areas, country areas and far northern QLD may take a few days longer. You have the option to select express courier delivery for next business day delivery with Express Parcel for $9.99 this can only apply to metro areas in the next business day network.
Baby Gifts & Hampers being delivered to: PERTH, TASMANIA, NORTHERN TERRITORY & SA

To ensure your baby gifts are delivered as quickly as possible, we will send by eparcel to SA, WA, NT and Tasmania. Postal deliveries to metro areas in these states are normally made within 2 business days (again we are unable to guarantee delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances). Some very remote areas will take a few days longer and can take up to eight working days for country areas. You have the option to select next business day Parcel Express for $9.99 but can only apply to metro areas in the next business day network.
Baby Gifts & Hampers being delivered: INTERNATIONALLY from $18.00
At Baby Boxes, we send our beautifully packaged gifts worldwide by Express Post International. This service usually takes three to seven business days. Alcohol and Mama Too products will automatically be swapped for clothing to avoid breakage in transit and to comply with customs regulations.
Important Information you should know in order to get your gift delivered
- Incorrect address: A $9.99 re-delivery fee will be charged to your credit card for incorrect address and redirection of gifts.
- Change of address: If the parcel is still in transit we will contact the courier and arrange redirection. This may incur a redelivery fee of $9.99 and can take up to three business days.
- Our baby gifts are only delivered on business days. Delivery is not available on weekends or public holidays
- If the couriers or Australia Post attempt delivery and no one is home, they will leave a calling card for a suitable redelivery time to be made or take the gift to the nearest collection facility to be picked up. Provide either a contact phone number or ‘authority to leave’ when ordering, so that we can help coordinate this procedure if necessary.
- If a babybox is deemed lost in transit by our courier companies, a replacement gift will be sent at no cost to the customer.
- All gifts containing alcohol may only be purchased by persons 18 years and over.

Incorrect Delivery Address
Important Information you should know in order to get your gift delivered
