Returns & Refunds
Babyboxes Returns:
At Babyboxes, we strive to ensure every baby box is made to the highest standard & contain quality products.  We want every customer and recipient to be completely happy with our products and we will do whatever we can to accommodate return requests for our customers.

The items must be returned to us without being washed or used & the items need to be returned to us using the same care of packaging as they had been sent out in.  Please note the cost of returning any items is the responsibility of the customer & Babyboxes cannot be liable for any items being returned going missing so please consider a traceable form of posting.

Babyboxes Refunds:
Babyboxes only refund the purchase amount if the items received are faulty eg: rips or holes in the fabric, buttons missing or broken etc.   If you do have a faulty item, please contact us on 1300 88 1419 or by email on orders@babyboxes.com.au to arrange your replacement or refund.
