We strive to have your babybox delivered pronto!  To avoid late deliveries & re-direction costs, please provide us with as much information as possible..

• BABYBOXES ARE ONLY DELIVERED ON WEEKDAYS
• PLEASE CONFIRM MUM WILL STILL BE IN HOSPITAL!

Please make sure you have the right hospital, usually there is a PUBLIC & PRIVATE on the same complex.
We will charge a re-delivery cost if mum has left hospital or is under another name.

INCORRECT ADDRESS - A $12.00 RE-DELIVERY FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR INCORRECT ADDRESS AND REDIRECTION OF GIFTS

PROVIDE EITHER A CONTACT PHONE NO. or AUTHORITY TO LEAVE when ordering so that we can help coordinate this procedure if necessary.
